| Job description | : Dear Candidate, We had an opportunity as Jr.Executive Operations- Chennai Looking for 2 to 6 yrs of experience 1. Co-ordinate with all lines for obtaining job order / IGM. 2. Collection of IGM from Shipping Line. 3. To prepare job order and timely handover the same to transport division. 4. Co-ordination with vendors for smooth accurate preparation of all operation reports. 5. Timely submission of daily reports to all customers. 6. To arrange effective yard stacking and optimal yard space utilization. 7. House keeping of the yard. 8. Optimal space utilization in export / import warehouse / yard. 9. Attend and supervise de-stuffing of LCL containers and de-stuffing, delivery of imports. 10. Attend carting / stuffing of export cargo. Ensuring faster turn-around of vehicles and containers. 11. Optimal utilization of labors and forklift equipment. 12. Optimal utilization of nestainers in import LCL. 13. Co-ordinate with transporter for faster movement of import as well as export / empty containers from and to CFS. 14. Attend all customers’ related issues for smooth running of CFS. 15.
