| Job description | : Identify the focus areas which will benefit the organization in driving cost reductions and process efficiency improvements. Ability to understand the process issues and suggests solution in order to further improve the process. Manage FPM projects to complete on time and to deliver the benefits. Design and Development of IT tools to reduce the manual efforts/focusing on automation and process efficiency. Weekly Reporting of Projects status to all key stake holders involved. Ensure up-to-date process documentations. Manage Audits (ISO/ISMS/F&A Audits) Maintain the communication rigor on a regular basis Work closely with all key stake holders involved in the projects (Agency, HO & SSC) Self driven and ability to identify the projects that leads to cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Lead FPM team to achieve the organizational goals. Graduate -C.A. or B.Com /Accounting qualifications with accounting experience . Familiarity with accounting principles. At least 18 to 20 years of related working experience in finance and accounting. Shipping domain experience is preferable. Professional certifications in finance and accounting Shipping Industry only • Industry Knowledge • Good Accounting / Auditing Knowledge • Microsoft Office • Project Management Skills • Experience in ERP. • Knowledge of IFRS is an added advantage.
