| Job description | : 1) Responsible for accurately documenting and archiving the actions taken to ensure information of the complete process is available at all time. 2) Ensuring an efficient and accurate flow of information and continuous follow-up of all ongoing cases. 3) Escalate all incoming data with higher level of impact and/or complexity to more senior colleagues. 4) Develop professional knowledge and technical skills to apply it optimally within the organization. Key Responsibilities • Check proper PTI. • Monitor proper maintenance of the temperature for the entire trip. • Check proper transshipment. • Check proper plugging and unplugging at TS ports. • Handling of any reefer alert. • Other activities that will be described in the future. Monitoring start to finish all pharma reefer bookings worldwide Experience: -Should have minimum 4 year of experience manning a reefer desk with a shipping company. -Maximum of 6 years of experience in reefer container specific tasks. -Well versed with Excel & Word.
